Plot Summary: 

While ostensibly on holidays with his wife and twelve children, the detective famed Charlie Chan visits a circus in only the certain hour to be implicated in the murder of one of the owners of circus. Chan is prevailed on traveling with the circus in hopes of discovering the murderer before it links, link - or it links - slam again.
