| During many years now, at the university of Bill and Ted of the future, the people of the world have been distinguished to each other. But depresses with Bill and the peaceful world of Ted and even more subduedly with heavy metal Chuck De Nomolos decides to act a little bit about that. De Nomolos creates cyborg versions of Bill and Ted which travel back till 1990 with orders to kill the human versions of Bill and Ted, the fight of the tapes win, and for De Nomolos pave the way to take over the future. In 1990 Bill and Ted are sent to the devil by cyborgs. Cyborg Bill and cyborg Ted find with real Bill and the friends of Ted Joanna and Elizabeth time and prepare to take the person Bill and the place of Ted in the fight of the tapes. With the help of her friend Rufus the person Bill and Ted are made find a way from the hell, deal with the fierce mower, and speak with the God even in her mission, come to the fight of the tapes and stop two cyborgs.
