| As a child Brian McCafferty watched his firefighter father die. Years later he joins his brother, Steven in the force by becoming a rookie firefighter. | Luther Whitney is a professional thief, who only works occasionally. It seems that the man is Alan Richmond, the president of the United States and two men are the secret reagents of service destined to him. Then, a woman, Gloria Russell, who is his Chief of the People enters and in learning of what happened, decides to cover it and to make it seem what she was killed by a robber. After sanitizar the room, they are on the point license me them they forget the opener of letter, Whitney leaves from the room and take it and it does his escape but when they returned for the letter opener they discover Whitney and pursue it me them he escapes. The police officers investigate the murder and there are such inconsistencies, which it does the investigator, suspect of Seth Frank whom something is following. Frank then discovers that Whitney is a possible suspect but the only thing consists of the fact that he does not believe that Whitney is I murder. Whitney tries to leave the city but when he learns only like corrupt and amoral Richmond it is he decides to play plays of mind with him and others. Richmond, to the same time, says they that Whitney must be silenced constantly.
