| Martin Fallon is an IRA bomber who tries to blow up a troop truck but instead kills a bus load of school children. He loses heart and quits the movement and goes to London trying to leave the U.K. and start a new life. The IRA wants him back (he knows too much) and the local crime boss, Meehan, will only help him if he performs one last hit, on a rival crime boss. When Fallon does perform the hit, he is seen by a catholic priest. He refuses to kill an innocent again and must find a way to escape the police without killing the priest who can identify him. | This movie presents the efforts directorales of collaboration of four new film makers, each one of those that a segment of this comedy directs. It is the New Year's Eve in Mon Signor Hotel, an ancient magnificent old hotel of Hollywood, now fallen down during hard times. Often using physical comedy and gags of sight, this movie does a chronicle of the misfortunes of Ted's buffooneries, the Buttons. He is during his first night in the work, when they ask him to throw a hand to a witches coven in the Suite of Honeymoon. The things only deteriorate when he delivers the ice to the incorrect quarter and ends in a domestic argument in a really bad time. Later, he stupidly consents in looking at the children of a gangster at him while he is far. Finally, he ends the night arbitrating a horrifying bet.
