| The principal character (John Travolta) observes a strange light during his birthday in a bar. The following days he becomes very intelligent and puts the intelligence to the good use in his community. When the word puts itself around he becomes an acquaintance as a monster and each one wants to understand why this happened to a cars mechanic. The government also wants to achieve that his hands in it put it to other uses.
