| Mathilda, a 12-year-old old New York girl, lives an undesirable life under her half family. Their father supplies narcotics for the doppelgesichtigen policeman Norman Stansfield. Only her small brother keeps Mathilda from breaking. One day Stansfield and his team take cruel revenge on her father to stretch the narcotics a little, according to the whole family killing. Soon she gets to know from the unusual occupation of the foreign neighbour - killing - and searches desperately his help in the taking of the revenge for her small brother.
