Biography: Omid Djalili is Britain's only Iranian stand-up comedian and actor. Omid had great success performing A Strange Bit of History, which won the Spirit of The Fringe award at the Edinburgh Festival in 1994, Omid has since become a fringe favourite with a string of sell-out shows. He has become one the funniest, freshest and most original comedians in Britain, this being reinforced by him winning the LWT Best Stand-Up Award in 1997. His international appeal is vast, having performed in the last three years in Australia, Austria, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, The Czech Republic and Slovakia. Omid has appeared in every episode of BBC2's Alexei Sayle's Merry-go-round Ch4 sketch show Barking and the Ch4's Coming Soon. Omid has also been seen on the big screen in Notting Hill and a major role with Brendan Frazer and John Hannah, in the Hollywood's remake of the 1932 Boris Karloff film The Mummy. In August 1999 Omid once again was awarded with the Spirit of the Fringe at the Edinburgh Festival. His show received rave reviews in the newspapers. 1999 also saw Omid in the latest James Bond Movie, The World Is Not Enough, and also appearing in every episode of the new Ch4 sitcom Small Potatoes alongside Perrier Award Winner Tommy Tiernan. Omid will also be seen in the new Steven Spielberg and Ridley Scott film Gladiator with Russell Crowe and Oliver Reed, which is due for release shortly. | Deceitful artist of the racoons of the travelling, RJ (Willi), comes in woods beyond a human town in the middle west which is excited about the miracles that living close people can bring hungry animals. What he finds, nevertheless, is an Amish well-behaved community which death-is startled from people, after her leader, to Vern has the tortoise (Shandling), a meeting with human boys which frightens him. Promoted by RJ, however, the animals slowly permit themselves about the hedge which she separates from the brand new suburban development which appeared in the course of the winter, while they slept, and what points RJ them, is a whole new world where people leave tins fully with the fish and other food in big tins which are ripe for the taking. Because they become people closer and closer, nevertheless, her comfortable lives seems in the woods to be threatened.

| The game in Paris in 1919, the biographical film centres on the life of late Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani, by concentrating on its last days as well as its rivalry with Pablo Picasso. Modigliani, a Jew, fell in love with Jeanne, a young and nice Catholic girl. The couple has an illegitimate child and the fanatical parents of Jeanne send the baby to a distant convent to be brought up by the nuns. Modigliani is distraught and needs money to save and to bring up his child. Answer arrives in the form of the annual competition of art of Paris. The money of price and guaranteed career wait for the victor. Neither Modigliani, nor his most expensive friend and rival Picasso have ever entered competition, by thinking that it is under true artists as them. But increase comes to grow with the ease of its child on the line and Modigliani registers for competition in a diatribe intoxicated and encouraged in the medicament.
