| Down and dangle the star the Finn de Dewey (Black) is discharged of his band and he faces up a mountain of debts and of depression. He takes a job as a 4th quality substitute from a tense private school where his attitude and hijinx have a powerful effect on his students. He also meets Zack, a prodigy of guitar of 10 years, who could help Dewey to earn a "battle of bands" competition, who would resolve his financial problems and delay him in the searchlight.
