| Arthur is a ten-year-old lively old man whose parents are looking far for the work, which strange grandfather has been failing during several years, and who lives with his grandmother at a home of country that, during two days, will be re-had, demolished, and transformed a block of apartments unless Arthur's grandfather returns to sign some papers and to pay the debt of family.
