The first fourteen years of his life were spent in Salt Lake City, Utah - until he moved to Arvada, Colorado. A product of Pomona High School, Marty continued his studies at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. While at college, Marty's athletic pursuits quickly took a back seat to his newly discovered passion for acting. He furthered his theater studies at Metro State College. When Marty is not acting, he writes. His writing credits include "Four Corners" (play - 2001 - Hudson Theater in Los Angeles) "Durango" (TV pilot) and "For Ben's Sake" (screen-play). Marty is the managing director of his own production company, Prospector Productions, through which he has produced a handful of plays, short films, and one documentary. He is slated to direct his most recent script, Sub-Urban in early 2007, set in Colorado. A singer songwriter and guitar player, Marty scored most of his own music in the last short film he produced, "Actual Size". His most recent film, "The Zodiac" (starring opposite Philip Baker Hall, Justin Chambers, Rory Culkin and Robin Tunney) where he played the elusive Zodiac Killer was released by Thinkfilm and Myriad Pictures on limited screens through out the United States in March '06. | On 20 December 1968, in Lake Helena, a couple of teenagers are brutally murdered by a killer while dating nearby the lake. The young Sergeant Matt Parish is assigned and becomes obsessed with the case, neglecting his wife Laura and son Johnny. On 04 July 1969, another couple is shot on the golf course of Vallejo, and the killer sends letters to three newspapers with a riddle and promising more murders. He kills again, and the police force is not able to arrest him. On 24 April 1978, he writes to a newspaper saying that he is waiting for a good movie about him. Search keywords
