| Truman Burbank is a normal man, living in a normal town. | The Centre of Progress of Technology of Maintaining of order (LETAC) developed the version 6 of SID. 7: an entity of Sadistic, clever and dangerous virtual reality which is synthetized of the personalities of more than 150 serial murderers. LETAC would like to form policemen by putting them in VR with SID, but they have to prove concept by using prisoners as trial subjects. Such prisoner is the ex-cop Parker Barnes. When SID succeeds in injecting his personality into an android of nano-machine, it seems that Barnes could be the only one who can stop him.

LETAC voudrait former des agents de police en les mettant dans VR avec SID, mais ils doivent prouver le concept en utilisant des prisonniers comme les sujets d'essai. Un tel prisonnier est l'ex-flic Parker Barnes. Quand SID réussit à injecter sa personnalité dans un androïde de nano-machine, il semble que Barnes puisse être le seul qui peut l'arrêter.
