| The governor of a Mexican state is murdered. Shortly after puts the life of the younger manager Daryl Chase on the head: After he decks with flags a gigantic transference of the capital of a Mexican calculation as probably unlawful, he is attacked in his flat which is saved by a CIA agent, thinks that his secretary shot, and testifies, two policemen are killed. He calls the CIA guy who says him to seize the following train to Mexico. Manhattan leaving, Daryl cannot shake a Jive talking street punk rock called Freddy, and soon he has exchanged clothes with Freddy to escape from the police. Within days his friend, his boss, his customer, Freddy, the FBI, and the dog of the dead governor in a web of the deception and danger are confused. "Who is Who"?.
