| Stan Ross was a superstar of baseball who turned the back on game some years ago when it hit finally 3 000 blows. Some years later, he is now a successful businessman, made by one whose many firms turn around his title: Mr. 3000. But a clerical error proved that Stan is three just short blows of his spectacular successful record. Now, with time on his side and potential to be initiated in the Foyer of Baseball of Glory, Stan must come back rear to game and return his title. But things changed with age and as Stan learns, it is not too easy to come back into game when he did not play for years and he goes up 50.

| A version of yank "of Fever of Saturday evening.
