| 1989. The Berlin Wall is about to fall, and the world is about to be made safe for the new world order. | Stanley Goodspeed who lives in Washington D. C. , if is a biochemist who works for the FBI. Briefly after his fiancée Carla Pestalozzi announces that she is pregnant, Stanley gets a phone call of manager of FBI James Womack. Womack Stanley says that San Francisco's Alcatraz Iceland has been taken hostages together with 81 tourists by the sea general Francis Xavier Hummel who, for many years, against the refusal of the government has protested to pay advantages to families of war ex-serviceman which died during hidden military actions. If John and Stanley are sent in Alcatraz with a naval seal team, the men of general kill bumblebee the complete seal team, Stanley and John leaving to work independently to save the hostages.
