| Wettermann is sent reluctantly to cover a history about a weather forecast "rat" (because he calls them). This is his fourth year on the history, and he exerts himself to hide his frustration. The next day waking, he discovers that it is a day of the American groundhog again, and again, and again. First he uses to his advantage, then comes the realisation that he is lost to spend the rest of the eternity in the same place, the same people sighted, every day the same make.
