| This is a gentle, innocent film about the reflexion of an age man (David Morse) who returns to his hometown after the death of his best friend. Recollections of the life flow back with 11 because it was a magic time which changed his life. Three children of 11 years old (Anton Yelchin as Bobby Mika Boorem because soiling carol, and wanting red hair as), divide her lives. Carol & bobby have a special affection for each other including the Teilens of a kiss, are measured "by him all other". Bobby lives with his mother (Hope Davis), a bitter, futile woman who looks for pleasure for itself without dividing a lot with her son. To her lives comes a mysterious new Kostgänger (Anthony Hopkins) which helps for the boy, but generates mistrust of the mother. As time passports the man and boy-share trust and the special powers are revealed. The man admonishes the boy to be at the sight of "lowmen" which searched him. Two portions adventure of a summer and come to love around each other before the inevitable, happens. A confrontation with a school rowdy (Timothy Reifsnyder) also changes everybody.
